Shipping policy

Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to valid addresses within the United Kingdom (GB). We do not ship to other countries or territories.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend.

Order cutoff (time zone: GMT / London)
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) on business days are processed starting that business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed starting the next business day.

Handling time (order processing)
1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Handling time is the time between your order being placed and the parcel being handed over to the carrier.

Transit time (delivery after dispatch)
1–7 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit time is the time the carrier takes to deliver after dispatch.

Total estimated delivery time
2–10 business days (handling + transit), excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Tracking
All shipments are tracked. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery address accuracy
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned or a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge the cost of re-shipping.

Exceptional delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by events outside our control (for example, severe weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, or peak seasonal demand). If your order has not arrived by the end of the 10th business day, please contact our support team.
